Nora AI

People text. Nora finishes the paperwork.

They text your business's own number. Nora works out what is going on, asks only for what is missing, and your staff receives a finished record. She tells everyone she is an AI assistant, every time.

Before vs. after

Phone calls and notebooks vs. Nora AI

Without it
  • After hours calls land on somebody's personal cell
  • Requests come in missing the unit, the entry permission or the dog
  • Warnings live in a notebook and leave when the manager does
With Nora AI
  • One text to the property's own number, no app and no portal
  • Nora asks only for what is missing
  • Every report filed and searchable by unit or name

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They text a number they already have. No app, no portal, no password.

Does Nora pretend to be a person?

No. She tells everyone she is an AI assistant, plainly, every time.

What happens in an emergency?

Gas, carbon monoxide, smoke or water near electrics gets a safety reply, and the on call person is paged straight away. A crisis or medical text is pointed to 988 or 911 and is never filed as paperwork.

Does it replace the software I already use?

No. Nora sits in front of the system you run today and hands it a finished record.

Is Ironveil only AI?

No. Websites and SEO, social media and content, video and presentations, lead generation, dashboards and apps. Nora AI is one product among them.

Who builds it?

Trey Flores, the owner of Ironveil. He builds every system himself, and he is the one who picks up when you call.

Where are you based?

Geneva, New York. In person across the Finger Lakes, by video everywhere else.
